Job Description
- Administers C.Vs database and keeps it updated continuously (hard & soft copies).
- Receives recruiting requisitions fulfilling it in a timely manner with high-quality service.
- Follow-ups the interview s’ results and represents comments on any invalid results.
- Keeps data tracking sheets updated
- Uses our current sources for recruiting and maximizes the benefit from it.
- Finds new recruiting sources, stay updated with the new recruiting trends and methodologies.
- Represents reports to the senior sourcing specialist about sourcing and recruiting activities/status.
- Executes any additional tasks asked to do by the H.R department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- HR certificate/diploma is a must.
- Excellent MS Office Tools.
- Experience 2-4 years manufacturing exp is a Plus
