Job Description
IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in one or more networking system technology areas. Examples include: routers, networking controllers, bridges, or networking software related to these technologies.
- Work closely with business analyst & team lead to ensure decisions meet enterprise growth needs
- Maintain current applications, which includes, but is not limited to, bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues along with identification & implements of its solutions
- Work with a team to create detailed project specifications, requirements and estimates
- Work with implementation team to ensure deployments roll out smoothly.
- Provide technical support & consultation in ensuring customer’s satisfaction in the maintenance stage.
- Work with the Technical teams with his technical knowledge and experiences.
- Perform technical consultation services to customers.
- Ability to prioritize work and help the other team members
Job Requirements
- 4 to 5 + years of experience in IT Help Desk or Service desk Department.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in network-related field (IP networking, CCTV, Security, VoIP, Preferred Mitel, etc.) and operations.
- Hands-on experience on ERP and different SW installation.
- Good communication skills are vital.
- Any CISCO, Microsoft, HP, Juniper or equivalent certification in networking will be considered an advantage.
- Understand, deploy and support Cable Pulling, Termination, IP telephony, PABX, CCTV, POS, Drive Thru, Koisk, and Mitel.
