Job Description
- Consult with clients: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals related to SAAS and PAAS solutions.
- Solution design: Design, architect, and develop SAAS and PAAS solutions based on the client's needs and industry best practices.
- Implementation and integration: Lead the implementation and integration of SAAS and PAAS solutions into the client's existing systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
- Technical expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise on SAAS and PAAS technologies, frameworks, and platforms to clients and internal teams.
- Customization and configuration: Customize and configure SAAS and PAAS solutions to align with the unique requirements of each client, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to SAAS and PAAS solutions, working closely with the client's IT team and vendors.
- Training and support: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use and management of SAAS and PAAS solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to SAAS and PAAS implementations, configurations, and best practices.
- Stay updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to SAAS and PAAS. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years experience in software industry. Working in a consultancy capacity on customer sites
- Have hands-on experience in supporting/integrating/Development (example : XML publisher, BI publisher enterprise ,Oracle designer, SQL & PLSQL, JDev , Java , ADF , HTML and CSS with JavaScript ) and extending Oracle Cloud (Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, HCM)
- Have experience (Understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in either Oracle Fusion and Oracle On-Premise Applications (Finance or Supply chain)
- Developing integrations using OIC, VBCS, Rest APIs/Web Services
- Experts in PaaS such as Oracle Analytics Cloud Services, Visual Builder Cloud Services, Oracle Integration Services
- Cloud to on-prem integration experience
