Operation Role:
- Handle Export Operations
- Contact Shipping lines/Airlines to get rates and handle operations.
- Know how to contact overseas agents.
- Handle daily operation issues for import/export shipments.
- Establish good relation and partnership with overseas agents.
- Sales role
- Approach new markets via the official channels "fairs, third party, referral, market visits or over trade map".
- Prepare market survey to study and figure out the new opportunities.
- Identify new customers to achieve the sales target according to customers' eters.
- Negotiate sales orders as per the sales plan with current/ new customers.
