Job Description
- Prepare and arrange for sending the export original documents to our client on time without any delay.
- Issue all kind of export documents.
- Obtains export certificates from various government agencies in compliance with each shipment.
- Follow up with shipping and courier companies concerning the delivery date of the document.
- Coordinate with sales dept. and receives PIs and ensure the loading on time according to the PIs dates.
- Arrange all documents required for subsidy and delayer it to ministry of industry and foreign trade to receive export subsidy
- Audits export files for compliance and scan into database.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Negotiate with freight forwarder companies to get best price for suppliers and retailers.
- Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Experience not less than 2 years
- Very good command of English language
- Good communication and negotiation skills
