Job Description
- Responsible for recruiting new hires and Inform applicants about job details.
- Interviewing applicants about their experience, education and skills, and placing workers. Engages in training and development; conduct new employee orientations.
- Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Prepare all recruiting reports such as Time to fill, cost per hire, Fill rate, etc.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Handle employee relations, maintain benefits and payroll.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree at least.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years.
- Technology companies recruitment is preferable.
- Excellent communication/ Interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English.
- Team spirit.
