Job Description

  • Responsible for recruiting new hires and Inform applicants about job details.
  • Interviewing applicants about their experience, education and skills, and placing workers. Engages in training and development; conduct new employee orientations.
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Prepare all recruiting reports such as Time to fill, cost per hire, Fill rate, etc.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Handle employee relations, maintain benefits and payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree at least.
  • Experience from 3 to 5 years.
  • Technology companies recruitment is preferable.
  • Excellent communication/ Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English.
  • Team spirit.
