We are a fast growing offline ( 5 stores ) and online home wear stores searching for an e-Commerce Customer Support Representative who can :
- Manage all daily operations of the online sales
- Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle Tracking orders and shipping cycle.
- Make necessary reviews for the customer returns resulting from the deterioration of campaign conditions or missing payment for any reason
- full handling to our account with jumia and souq
- develop and take new opportunities in the online market.
- Detects the relevant orders on the system, follows up missing/over payment status and approves the payment.
- Carry out the determined transactions when cargo are not delivered to customers due to lack of an address for example
Job Requirements
- have used an ERP before. ( odoo is a plus )
- have used jumia back end before.
- Basic accounting knowledge and being familiar with numbers and is a must
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude
- High sense of time management
