Job Description

  • The role is to develop new business sales across prospective clients, grow their business in the market and maximize their revenue return.

  • Develop and execute a sales plan with short, medium and long term milestones for both the partner and direct business against which success will be measured.

  • Build and implement tailored sales strategies that demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the market, categories, different client industries, advertising, and content businesses and trends.

  • Generate new business opportunities and revenue generating channels.

  • Plan and prepare regular presentations indicating KPIs in a clear and easy format.

  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.

  • Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
  • Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each client.

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years' Business Development/Sales experience in the advertising field especially in media production, motion graphics & 3D animation, web development & social media.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated high-level skills in leadership and management.
  • Bilingual (English/Arabic) language ability required.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
