Job Description
We are looking for a talented technical recruiter, specialized in recruiting software developers
- Responsible for the whole talent acquisition process including job analysis, job posting, screening CVs, conducting phone and Virtual / Face-to-Face interviews, and coordinating with the technical team on the feedbacks.
- Ensuring that all the data are properly kept and updated.
- Responsible for finding the suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or head hunting if needed.
- Responsible for increasing recruitment channels for the organization and attending employment fairs whenever required.
- Responsible for the complete implementation of the on boarding process.
- Responsible for updating job descriptions.
- Actively participating in all new projects initiated by HR department.
- Communicate feedbacks to the candidates.
- Handling the hiring documents and the new hires on boarding.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably related to HR or business administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Human Resources field, preferably in an IT industry domain.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Human Resources studies are preferable.
- Fluency in the English language is a MUST.
- Comfortable with high volume recruitment.
