Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance GMC’s presence in the talent market.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques, including social media and networking.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite office environment.
