Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify, build and develop new client business by pursuing business opportunities with strategic targets in key industries and cultivating with exciting/ new clients.
  • Introduce company capabilities by preparing respective presentations, negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues to a variety of audiences
  • Identify and evaluate new markets opportunities and projects through direct prospecting, networking attending and creating in constructing industry in order to maximize the company’s business relations through business professional groups, joint ventures and networking associations.
  • Develops, maintains and improves relations with existing and potential customers. • Establishes plans and strategies to penetrate new accounts and sectors. 
  • Work with the end users and consultant offices in order to design solutions that allow my company to have a technical and commercial privilege during the tender phase.
  • Define market competitors and their pricing " Monitors performance and provides coaching and development activities for staffing, Assists other departments with project implementation, service activities, and collection issues and cash management.
  • Develop customer relationships through coordinating and attending Meetings and seminars. 
  • Organize, develop and supervise proposals, RFI and RFQ.
  • Communicate market business needs and market updated with the management to set strategies. 
  • Establish and implement cost and material control systems maintaining the needful process to improve managing and monitoring company resources.
  •  Aligned with the company strategies and business plan to implement company goal & objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales / Contract Engineer or a relevant role.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English
  • Construction Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, Engineering.
  • Presentable.
