Job Description

  • Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Developing, managing, and operating an effective and efficient mechanism for fulfilling all main responsibilities of the business development cycle.
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage the process of studying market needs, market surveys, and the competitors strategically and various incentive models offered by competing companies.
  • Developing, managing, and implementing all growth strategies and marketing strategies, along with action plans for business development activities.
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities through visiting clients, networking, and social media.
  • Developing ways to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  • Following up on client leads, and identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Development preferably in education field.
  • Ability to communicate in English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Strong presentation & report writing skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management.
