BIM Architect

· Proficient in Revit Architecture

· BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.

· Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination.

· Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.

· Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.

· Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).

· Proficient in detail design and BIM Modeling up to LOD 500

· Knowledge of BIM Standards such as PAS 1192, BS 1192, LOD Specs, etc.

· Proficiency in design software(s) such as LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP, and IN DESIGN is a plus.
