Elmolla Group is looking for an experienced and motivated B2C Sales Area Manager to lead our consumer sales efforts across strategic regions in Egypt. Role Overview:

As the B2C Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing consumer sales and distributors within assigned territories, maximizing revenue, and building Elmolla Group’s reputation as a trusted brand in lubrication solutions. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales initiatives, and work closely with marketing to ensure our products reach the right audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Leadership and Strategy:
    • Develop and implement B2C sales strategies specific to your assigned area to increase market share and meet ambitious growth targets.
    • Identify new market opportunities and work with marketing to launch targeted campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with consumers, understanding their unique needs and ensuring satisfaction with our lubricant products.
    • Act as the face of Elmolla Group within the region, fostering trust and brand loyalty through exceptional customer service and support.
  • Sales Team Development:
    • Lead, coach, and support a team of area sales representatives, setting clear performance targets and providing ongoing training to help them achieve and exceed B2C sales goals.
    • Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering feedback, encouragement, and resources to drive continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze local market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market developments, sales progress, and opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    • Represent Elmolla Group in industry events, customer meetings, and public engagements within your area to reinforce our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and ensure that our products are well-positioned to meet consumer needs.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a B2C sales role, preferably in the lubricants or automotive industry, with proven success in managing sales teams and driving growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in training, mentoring, and developing sales representatives.
  • Customer Focused: Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and sales metrics to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
