Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implements departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Daily rounds for auditing infection control practices throughout the hospital and documenting observations related to the causes of infection.
• Develop audit tools to evaluate infection prevention practices.
• Develop infection control policies and procedures and work instructions throughout the hospital that ensures compliance with the guidelines.
• Analysis and interpretation of collected infection control data.
• Investigation and surveillance of suspected outbreaks of infection.
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of infection prevention and control measures.
• Monitor staff vaccination process and other occupational health-related issues.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
• BSC Degree in any medical background (Physician, Pharmacist, Dental, or Nursing).
• Post-graduate diploma in Infection Control is a Must.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same field are required.
• Excellent Communication, problem solving and time management skills.
