Qualification & Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (must be a dentist)
• Minimum of 2-4 years  experience (medical/surgical preferred)

Training & Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong Knowledge of Infection Control Procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, administration, Clinic staff.
• Skilled at multitasking and prioritizing, working independently with
• A keen interest in hospital systems, audit and nurse education, rather than clinical activity alone
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, as well as confidence in working with senior colleagues
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as infection control or Quality Assurance Specialist
