Job Description
- Ensure the definition and clarification of quality standards for hospital staff.
- Supervise and assist in the documentation and review of departmental policies and procedures.
- Monitor the implementation and organization of internal audits and follow up on the resulting corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and development, and assist in creating plans to implement these opportunities.
- Assist in internal training for staff to achieve the goals of the Quality Management Department.
- Develop quality projects according to work requirements.
- Assist the Quality Management Director in performing their duties.
- Train hospital staff on accreditation standards and safety standards.
- Conduct continuous audits of services according to accreditation standards, provide on-the-job training, and report to the Quality Director.
Job Requirements
Quality Specialist
● Proven work experience as a Quality Specialist or similar role
● Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
● Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
● Good communication skills, both verbal and written
● Excellent data collection and analysis skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Specialist
