Internship Description
The Quality Assurance Internship is a structured, hands-on learning opportunity for a recent graduate seeking to build a career in QA and manufacturing excellence. The intern will support daily QA operations including inspections, documentation, audits, and process monitoring. Under the guidance of the QA Supervisor, the intern will gain exposure to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO standards, hygiene control, and product testing.
- Assist in the inspection of incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Support line clearance checks and in-process quality monitoring
- Help maintain QA records, certificates, and SOP documentation
- Participate in internal audits and hygiene inspections
- Collect samples for laboratory testing and log results
- Assist in investigating customer complaints and preparing reports
- Track non-conformance issues and corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)
- Support quality training for production staff under supervision
- Participate in continuous improvement and compliance projects
Internship Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Passionate about quality, safety, and process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn hands-on
- Basic knowledge of lab work or QA concepts is a plus
- Comfortable working in a factory/lab environment with PPE when needed
- Good English and reporting skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
