Job Description
- Clarify and identify quality standards to hospital colleagues.
- Supervise and assist in recording and reviewing other departments' policies and procedures.
- Continuously checking on the quality of services according to accreditation standards.
- Modify, collect, and analyze KPIS.
- Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on quality programs.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in (Medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or another medical field is a must.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ or TQM) is a must.
- 2 years of experience up to 4 years.
