Job Description
Responsibilities
- Quality Systems Implementation
- Assist in the deployment of quality standards, SOPs, and processes across all relevant departments.
- Support the setup and use of QA tools, forms, and checklists.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure proper understanding and application of QA requirements.
- Process Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor day-to-day adherence to implemented quality processes.
- Conduct spot checks to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Record, track, and escalate any identified non-conformities.
- Audit Support
- Participate in internal audits as per the approved audit plan.
- Document audit findings and prepare preliminary reports for review.
- Follow up with concerned departments on corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness
- Support in delivering basic QA-related training sessions for staff.
- Distribute QA guidelines, procedures, and updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain updated training records and attendance logs.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in preparing quality documentation, including forms, SOPs, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of implementation progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Submit weekly/monthly implementation progress reports to the Senior Implementer/QA Manager.
- Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from staff on implementation challenges and opportunities.
- Suggest practical improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support small-scale process improvement initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timeliness of process and SOP implementation tasks.
- Percentage of departments in compliance with QA requirements.
- Number of non-conformities identified and resolved within the agreed timeframe.
- Quality and accuracy of audit support documentation.
- Employee participation rate in QA training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a quality assurance or process implementation role.
- Experience in working with ISO 9001 or similar quality frameworks is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
