Job Description

  • Sending, receiving, registering and directing e-mails, electronic services and faxes to the concerned persons and carrying out the work accurately.
  • Receiving and making telephone calls, indexing and recording telephone numbers and addresses for reference when necessary...
  • Preparing, organizing and indexing the issued and incoming contracts and delivering them to the concerned persons and recording them in their files

Job Requirements
