Job Description

We are in search for an experienced marketing professional with strong leadership skills to develop and implement retail strategy.

Responsibility
  • Develop the retail strategy for Jotun in the Egyptian market in alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Implement the yearly retail development plan, ensuring that it follows the set time frame as well as contribute to the materialization of the set strategy
  • Develop and implement needed training courses for the retail sales team and shop sales men to ensure superior service level at Jotun shops.
  • Develop and implement training and promotional programs for painters segment across the country to ensure proper application of Jotun launched products along with the incentive and loyalty schemes.
  • Follow up the implementation of co-branding deals and activities with active big furniture showrooms aiming to drive footfall to our distribution network.
  • Support the other marketing functions in using the retail channel as an effective communication tool with the end consumer and provide on-ground materialization of promotional activities.
  • Provide the needed managerial guidance/coaching to subordinates of the retail development function in order to support them in implementing their roles

 

Job Requirements

Education level
  • College / University, Master's degree

Qualifications

  • Required experience 10 -15 Marketing & Retail Development in multinational organizations preferably FMCG.
  • Master of Business Administration in Marketing is a plus
