Business Support Specialist

Role Summary:

The Business Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating Business Planning, QBI and other business reviews; and owning communication across DePuySynthes business units, to drive tactical execution.

The Business Support Specialist facilitates DePuySynthes governance including leadership meetings, management of key performance dashboards and indicators (new products, key accounts, pricing, execution of key activities), and engagement with distributors / partners. They will be responsible for alignment and execution of incentive schemes, league tables, awards and associated communication. They will support execution of key activities like products launches (samples) and ProfEd (in coordination with compliance). The role will work directly with Business Unit Director to ensure flawless execution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Focus

• Develop business processes templates, QBI consolidation, LT meeting preparation and monthly phasing updates.
• Create a standard rhythm for leadership calls, business unit updates and face-to-face meetings.
• Maintain DePuySynthes shared data, samples & training records through DePuySynthes SharePoint in line with business quality requirements.
• Provide support for DePuySynthes Ortho-DNA project & its communications with Internal & external stakeholders
• Work closely with the marketing & business IT teams to support all DePuySynthes digital projects (Ex: Axonify, ON-TIME & N-Sync)
• Develop a plan to optimize the investment of sample product and ensure compliant tracking of their deployment and arrange for RA yearly plan for sample evaluations & budgets.
• Ensure compliance to all S&OP, HCC and Mecomed requirements.
• Drive the values of the organization through every interaction, activity and communication.
• Maintain tracking records for OpEx & CapEx spend in line with the allocate budgets / business/ region.
• Owns E2E DePuySynthes CapEx process, includes but not limited to orders, orders tracking &deployment tracking processes.

Mastering Complexity

• Support development of Value Proposition in close collaboration with Health Economics, Professional Education and, broadly speaking, Market Access.
• Identify innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to creating and reinforcing customer value.
• Support DePuySynthes products optimization projects (Darwin, Phoenix, Big Sky) and Middle East products’ optimization initiatives including its monthly/ quarterly reports to projects’ cross functions partners.
