Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting customers with their locksmith needs.

  • Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations

  • Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
