- Act as a front-line interface with US customers
- Role involves responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
- Work remote from anywhere inside Egypt after 6 Months
- Maintaining the customer experience and providing the best image to the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers.
- Solve customer concerns.
- Sell client products & offers.
