Job Description
- Interview prospect clients, accompany them to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts (Including agents that represent buyers).
- Study and analyze property listings.
- Acquire new clients and convincing them that our agency is the right one to handle their sales.
- Demonstrate our services, advantages, and reference projects to prospect clients.
- Accept leads from call center through CRM.
- Providing different possible payment solutions and closing sales.
- Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
- Arrange and schedule appointments with potential buyers and showing them around a property.
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with the purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
