Job Description
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the Boards' office as appropriate.
- Booking travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Managing database and filing systems.
- Organizing Board Calendars and taking the minutes during meetings.
- Maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Job Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic is a must.
- Bachelor Degree required.
- 4+ years of office administration experience.
- Proficiency in MS office with expertise in MS (word, excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of Organizational, Time Management and Communication skills.
- Profiles with updated photo is a must.
