Job Description
- Working at Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center
- Act as a focal point from a business perspective to a number of TIEC offered services to support and facilitate entrepreneurship.
- Prepare websites and portals' entrepreneurship support contents.
- Maintain TIEC's entrepreneurship platform.
- Developing and maintaining business and entrepreneurship support department’s processes, procedures, critical success factors, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare all TIEC entrepreneurship support publications and materials.
- Development of entrepreneurship support services.
- Coordinating projects for entrepreneurship capacity building through education and training.
- Implement projects for developing entrepreneurship support products.
- Coordinating projects, events, and campaigns for promotion, celebration, and awareness of entrepreneurship.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the department manager
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
- PMP certificate is advantageous.
- MBA/Master degree is preferable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with executive management, key influencers and decision makers within the organizations
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient computer skills and perfect command of MS Office.
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent report writing skills.
