Job Description
- Liaise with both trainers and trainees and tracking daily training process.
- Contact -directly or via phone calls- with trainees and handling their queries and complaints.
- Answer trainees' queries and questions & handle their complaints.
- Prepare training rooms and ensure all necessary tools and equipment to be well installed.
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
- Maintain trainees training records (Database, Attending, Evaluation etc..).
- Handle all logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.

- 2 years experience in the same position
- This job is a 6-month contract that can be extended
