Job Description
- Finalizes & budgets the annual manpower plan in cooperation with the line managers and on going updates it with the actual figures to ensure time and effectiveness of meeting requirements aligned with HR budget.

Maintains organization staff by establishing an efficient recruiting process including, sourcing, testing, interviewing & onboarding process.
- Plans and develops a clear recruitment process to be followed by all stakeholders involved.

Educates internal teams and hiring managers on recruitment process, counselling managers on candidates’ selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, investigations feedback, turn over analysis and recommend corrective actions accordingly.

Conducts interviews for all levels to ensure that they are competent to the required position.

Manage the process of offering, contracting and onboarding for newly hired to easily merge in the organization culture.
- Identifies and creates different scenarios for compensation and benefit packages that is relevant to the market and industry and optimum for company.

Ongoing generates new sourcing channels to ensure continuous shortage coverage or to cover business exposure through employment fairs, social media platforms, referrals, recruitment websites and analyze the resources input to define its effectiveness.

Participates in the organization development process, job analysis, writing & updating job descriptions, organization charts, Performance management administration, salary surveys & HR policies design.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred in the dairy industry or FMCG.
- Motivated self-starter that can work with limited guidance
- Strong experience in hiring blue collars.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in Arabic and English with the written & spoken languages.
- Ability to manage various requests simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
