Job Description
- Help to develop and implement the agency’s strategy regarding marketing and especially customer relationship management.
- Extract ongoing client briefs to help cross-selling and up-selling steps and mutual understanding.
- Represent the agency in contacting assigned current clients and along the lifetime of the relationship (calls, ongoing pitches, cross-selling, upselling...)
- Prepare and update the sales kit (co. profile, portfolio, pitching,..) with relevant team members.
- Represent the client in front of the agency’s internal team by ensuring a proper execution of all activities.
- Prepare creative briefs, plans, and ongoing proposals with the team members.
- Handle the back and forth negotiations of ongoing demands..
- Ensure agency promises are timely and effectively met by handling team capacities and resources of all personally-handled accounts.
- Handle monitoring, reports, insights, and feedback about client relationship and agency performance (via documents & sessions) Help in the gathering, research, and analysis processes for every account.
- Pitches finished concepts and pieces for clients.
- Keep updated with digital trends, community mood, and key brand insights. Make sure of payment delivery and contract renewals.
