Job Description
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment, etc.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
- Provide direct administrative supports as needed, such as billing, reporting and updating contact database and employee list, etc.
- Manage all aspects of the office and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
- Flexibility to handle other tasks according to business needs as assigned by the top management
Job Requirements
- +3 years of experience as an Office Manager.
- Hurghada resident is a must.
- Very good English Language
- Strong Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
