Job Description

  • Maintain office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment, etc.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting.
  • Provide direct administrative supports as needed, such as billing, reporting and updating contact database and employee list, etc.
  • Manage all aspects of the office and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
  • Flexibility to handle other tasks according to business needs as assigned by the top management

Job Requirements

  • +3 years of experience as an Office Manager.
  • Hurghada resident is a must.
  • Very good English Language
  • Strong Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
