About the Job
  • Responsible for Gulf Recruitment ( Software Industry)
  • Advertising staff vacancies, Assessing applications, Interviewing applicants, administer selection tests, prepare reports and make recommendations to management about staff appointments
  • Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
  • Providing staff training and development
  • Operating pay and benefits policies
  • Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally
  • Overseeing employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities
  • Determining staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization's objectives
  • Analyzing the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements
Job Requirements
  • BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, Law Majors or equivalent
  • HR Diploma or certificate is preferred
  • Minimum 4:6 years of experience in the recruitment with 2 years minimum exp. in gulf region recruitment.
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • Very high communication skills
