Job Description
- Planning And Organizing Meetings,
- Will Attend Meetings Inside And Outside The Company,
- Will Be The Link Between The CEO And The Office Admins,
- Follow Up The CEO Tasks And Responsible For Reminding Him ,
- Reading, Monitoring And Responding The CEO Email,
- Answering Calls And Liaising With Clients Competently,
- Planning And Booking The CEO’s Trips
- Will Join The CEO In The Business Trips In Or Out The Country
- Have Full Knowledge Of The CEO Meetings Whether Inside Or Outside The Company,
- Taking Action Points And Writing Minutes,
- Conducting Research,
- Drafting Communications On the CEO Behalf,
- Preparing Presentations,
- Typing Documents,
- Responsible For The CEO's Office And Disk,
- Sourcing And Ordering Stationery And Office Equipment.
Job Requirements
- Worked before in software company
- Business Administration background
- Minimum Working Hours Are 50 Hours Per Week Based On The CEO Needs Either In Or Out The Country.
- Very Good At English (Writing, Reading & Speaking).
- Should Have Excellent Knowledge At Microsoft Office Especially The Outlook.
- Females only.
