Job Description
- Payroll inputs.
- Monitoring attendance.
- Updating leave records.
- Handling all HR letters.
- Recruitment (preparing proposals).
- Preparing offers and contracts.
- Onboarding.
- Offboarding.
- Updating new additions and deletions of employees.
- Working on new visas and work permits in coordination with PRO.
- Salary advances request by employees.
- Working on the yearly medical insurance policy.
- New additions for medical cards.
- Deletions for medical cards.
- Following on medical reimbursement with the insurance company.
- Updating staff records.
- To hold periodic meetings, collect feedback from account stakeholders, and employee base in various departments.
- Report out findings on an action plan. Avoid any escalation from the clients on our services and avoid any delays which affect the relationship negatively.
- Coordinate with client management or HR for any special requirements from their side.
- Handle any other inquiries from staff or management.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate.
- 1-2 years of Experience in Human Resources position.
- Human Resources Diploma is a plus.
- Can join immediately.
- Willing to relocate to United Arab of Emirates.
