Avec sa filiale CEVA Logistics,, et sa division de fret aérien CMA CGM AIR CARGO, le Groupe CMA CGM innove constamment pour proposer à ses clients une offre complète et toujours plus performante grâce à de nouvelles solutions maritimes, terrestres, aériennes et logistiques.Engagé dans la transition énergétique du transport maritime et pionnier dans l'utilisation de carburants alternatifs, le Groupe CMA CGM s'est fixé un objectif de Net Zéro Carbone d'ici 2050.À travers la Fondation CMA CGM, le Groupe agit également face à des crises humanitaires nécessitant une réponse d'urgence en mobilisant l'expertise maritime et logistique du Groupe pour acheminer partout dans le monde du matériel humanitaire.Présent dans 160 pays via son réseau de plus de 400 bureaux et 750 entrepôts, le Groupe emploie 155 000 personnes dans le monde, dont 4 000 à Marseille où est situé son siège social.Description Du PosteTHE ROLE : As part of the CMA CGM IMEEA Human Resources Team, you will be responsible for identifying talent as part of international development, retaining them, and developing the employer brand in the EMEA region.The purpose of this role is to deliver effective attraction and recruitment approaches that enable the Group to hire and retain diverse high performing talent in the EMEA region.Responsibilities Recruitment: Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle from intake meeting with hiring managers, defining sourcing strategy, job advertisement publication, talent sourcing to interview management and initiating onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely and accurate communication to candidates Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders Continuously suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process as needed HR administrative support: you will be responsible for all administrative elements and personnel files, ensuring that they are complete and up to date (employment contract, amendment, job description, etc.). Where necessary, you will be responsible for updating job descriptions in line with the Group's employment guidelines. Group HR projects and processes: Working with the International HR team based at the Group's head office in Marseille, you will roll out the Group's HR processes in the branches and propose areas for improvement in all HR processes: performance assessment campaign, training management, talent identification, succession planning.Profile And Qualifications You have a Master's degree specialising in HR and at least 2 years' experience in recruitment or general HR function. You will have had initial exposure to an international, multicultural and demanding environment. You are fluent in English. You have the ability to manage structuring projects (workforce planning, organisational design, etc.). Your interpersonal skills, writing skills and fluency will enable you to perform well in this role. You will be able to react quickly, take the initiative and have good analytical skills.
