About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Handle assigned bank/banks queries and reports with bank counter party and feedback all related parties, if required.
  • Receive, review and submit remote area applications/requests on a daily basis and coordinate all logistics.
  • Manage a proper filing system for the assigned bank/banks.
  • Provide implementation support in any project linking bank/banks processes with other departments.
  • Generate, develop and create the needed statistics or reports required by the KAM and assist Key Account Manager in day-to-day project activities.
  • Coordinate all requirements related to the Bank/banks with other departments.
  • Manage activities; prepare relevant documents for the assgined bank/banks incentive initiatives ( such as recognition certificates, achievement awards, sales contests).
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in Insurance Industry
  • Sales field experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Diplomatic attitude and aptitude in providing partnership and customer focus
  • University degree
  • Good command of written & spoken English and Arabic
  • Good computer skills
