Job Description
Main Duties:
- Work with direct business clients to sell the products on high scale projects (B2B sales)
- Evaluate, present and negotiate business opportunities to contractors and end clients
- Visiting clients continuously for promoting new items or offers
- Keeping management informed by submitting daily activity reports to the Head of Department
- Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders.
- Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience with selling hardware or Ironmongery or accessories sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience
- Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized
