Job Description
- Establish and cultivate relationships with senior management and key influencers in corporate, institutions and NGOs.
- Growing revenue from both new and existing accounts in a defined territory
- Researching and qualifying leads, and work effectively on existing account development
- Deliver effective product pitches and demonstrations
- Create and deliver presentations at public seminars, customer sites,and professional conferences
- Initiate and attend client meetings
- Expertly respond to client inquiries and requests
- Analyze needs and identify new opportunities
- Promote usage, interaction, and engagement with the Company platform
- Attend conferences and events to support relationship building and opportunity generation
- Assist with product development and strategy initiatives by working closely with the institution’s leaders and high executives.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling training to corporate and institutions
- Excellent prospecting skills as well as the ability to advance opportunities and close deals
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Track record of generating significant and consistent new business
- Consultative sales approach, with a proven aptitude for effectively articulating and positioning complex value propositions
- Highly disciplined pipeline and opportunity management skills
- Sincere interest in academia, executive programs and Transformational Learning approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and highly autonomous environment
