Job Description

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with senior management and key influencers in corporate, institutions and NGOs.
  • Growing revenue from both new and existing accounts in a defined territory
  • Researching and qualifying leads, and work effectively on existing account development
  • Deliver effective product pitches and demonstrations
  • Create and deliver presentations at public seminars, customer sites,and professional conferences
  • Initiate and attend client meetings
  • Expertly respond to client inquiries and requests
  • Analyze needs and identify new opportunities
  • Promote usage, interaction, and engagement with the Company platform
  • Attend conferences and events to support relationship building and opportunity generation
  • Assist with product development and strategy initiatives by working closely with the institution’s leaders and high executives.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling training to corporate and institutions
  • Excellent prospecting skills as well as the ability to advance opportunities and close deals
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Track record of generating significant and consistent new business
  • Consultative sales approach, with a proven aptitude for effectively articulating and positioning complex value propositions
  • Highly disciplined pipeline and opportunity management skills
  • Sincere interest in academia, executive programs and Transformational Learning approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and highly autonomous environment
