Job Description
- CEO assistant needed.
- Maintains executive's calendar along with planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and videoconferences.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes/actions during meetings as needed
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information requiring in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
- Organize internal, and some external,
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials
Other Responsibilities involve:
- Assist others in the department on an ad hoc basis
- Ensure work is compliant with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist with preparation and processing of requisitions/POs
- On-boarding new staff members that will report to his/her line manager
- Ensure the Places team is current on all core business applications and monitor required learning training course
Job Requirements
- Male or Female
- Experience working in Corporate Real Estate field
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer applications and Microsoft Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as advanced Outlook calendar management skills are essential
