Participate in the formulation and updating of the Sales Policies and Procedures Manual, which aims to facilitate the control of sales operations, identify sales methods, define the terms of reference of sales management and sales planning methods, as well as pricing, collection, credit and return policies as well as customer incentives and sales commissions
Assisting the unit managers in determining the target sales figures and monitoring their achievement, either monthly / quarterly / yearly, and submitting periodic reports thereon to the Head of Operations / Board of Directors
Assist unit managers in setting and adjusting selling prices through cost control, competition, supply and demand
Oversee the performance of sales staff and ensure compliance with the implementation of sales policies and strategies
Evaluate the activity of each branch and follow the movement of the rise and fall of the sales index and study them and the director of each unit with those indicators
Provide unit managers with statistics and monthly reports on sales movement to update and monitor sales plans for each unit
Participate in the development of promotion plans, advertising, advertising and marketing offers to help increase the company's share of the market
Build a customer database and ensure continuous communication to maintain effective working relationships
Conducting frequent visits and contacts to the merchants to activate the company's dealings and pay the products they have.
Representing the company in various events and business meetings to promote the company
Participate in the selection and recruitment of the sales team and sales support and identify the qualifications and the main requirements for the job.
Determine the training needs and the type of training required for each member of the sales team, especially technical training to ensure full knowledge of the company's products
