Job Description
- Supporting the CEO in all related tasks, manages the effective allocation of his time and maintains calendars and schedules.
- Managing calendars and schedules, arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as responding to emails, and preparing and maintaining documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
- Coordinate, attend and take minutes for the CEO's internal and external meetings.
- Conducting research/analysis and produce reports for the CEO as and when required.
- Managing calendars and schedules, arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences as directed.
- Assisting in the company’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, posting jobs, screen candidates, arranging interviews, and so on.
- Guiding projects and workflows, lead employees sometimes on behalf of the CEO, delegate tasks and prioritize work tasks.
- Monitor the office supplies and the purchasing of new material and overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday.
Working Hours: 9.30 AM to 6 PM.
Office Address: Abbas El Akkad, in front of The International Park, Nasr City.
Job Requirements
- Smart, active and strong personality.
- Proficient in MS programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Must have at least 1 year of office management skills.
- Can supervise the office and employees while the CEO is absent.
- Familiarity with business and marketing is a plus.
- Preferable Nasr City residents, or nearby neighbourhoods.
