Job Description

  • Receiving client's requests for information or quotations and analyzing the requirements.
  • Defining the scope of the project and setting prices/time frame/special offers accordingly.
  • Monitoring and Controlling the Sales team performance.
  • Receiving weekly/daily reports from the Sales team members with their activities.
  • Coaching, training, and giving assistance to all the sales team members.
  • Reporting to the Business Development manager with weekly/quarterly Status sheets of the whole team.
  • Participating in attendance of conferences & events.
  • Evaluating the Team members and setting up the appraisals of the team members with the Business Development Manager’s final approval.
  • Reaching out to the technical team (PM/VM/TD) to get the required information for each request/quotation.
  • Communicating internally & externally if necessary to close the project's deal or contract (NDA/SLA) “non-disclosure & Service level agreements”.
  • Informing the client of the internal proposed process and plans to meet the requirements and deliverables.
  • Recording the activities in a time sheet/status sheet while using a CRM tool such as Sales force if needed.
  • Assuring the prospect customers satisfaction and following up with daily/weekly progress reports or conference calls.
  • Maintaining a healthy internal fruitful relation with coworkers and production team to make our environment stable and ready for challenges.
  • Attending “conferences/events and calls/ client-reviews” (if needed) with the management team assigned to certain types of projects to assure that the latest client's instructions are followed.
  • Following up every 2 weeks at least on old Leads with low response or lost communication and trying to establish a stable business relationship.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Written & spoken English is a MUST.
  • Graduates only.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 year experience in the same field in a translation & localization company
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience working in the European market.
