Job Description

La Reina Exchange is looking for Full-Time - Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to join our growing team at our Dream, lives and breathes our mission of empowering our customers to feel amazing. personal stylists,and even fashion therapists. From styling advice to troubleshooting orders to offering a confidence boost when needed, we're ready to help with anything. Our CX Experience are the heart of our business and have a major impact on our continued success. You will be working with a great team with supportive team leaders.

  • Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) will be responsible for ensuring that all of customers have the Cinderella Experience that has personified the rent, buy or sell the most fashionable designed dress ever.
  • This role will act as a subject matter expert who delivers empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers. As our all our CXSs are trained and positioned for optimal employee effectiveness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and continuously improve overall learning and development program for Customer Experience.
  • Delivering exceptional service and developing lasting relationships with customers via La Reina Exchange channels for communication phone, emails, social media and emails
  • Serving as a proud brand ambassador of La Reina Exchange.
  • Maintain knowledge of all La reina Exchange product including appointments, fit and styles.
  • Responsible for assisting customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and events needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
  • Consistently deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
  • Contribute to an empathetic, positive and energetic team culture.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduated
  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer service focused environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for and vast knowledge of fashion and fit
  • Empathy, warmth, humility, and a sense of humor
  • A happy, positive attitude that empowers you to assist our customers every day
  • Ability to work 8 hours per Day -- Can Work extra hours from Home, Our Weekend days are on Thursday and Friday.
