Job Description
- Deals with our customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence, and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
- Delivers what is promised in line with customer expectations.
- Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications.
- Generates customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services.
- Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate.
- Directs customer feedback via complaints, compliments, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Previous customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
