Baltoe.com is a healthcare communication platform between doctors and patients. We're hiring a motivated entrepreneur to be part of our seed team as marketing manager, to drive the business development plan to achieve revenue growth and other targets.
Job Description
- Prepare Business Development Plans and Strategies to ensure organization sustainability.
- Documenting detailed sales, marketing, and recognition plans.
- Establish business/market segment strategies to achieve growth / profitability objectives and increase customer satisfaction.
- Building and leading sales & accounts management team to achieve the desired goals.
- Maintain proper follow-up on the implementation of pre-set goals and strategies and identify all business opportunities to increase sales volumes.
- Identify and develop relationships with new customers at all levels, in order to develop awareness of the benefits of the products and services.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience at a related position.
- Age not more than 30 years old.
- Experience in sales/business, preferably in healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, planning, problem solving presentation and Negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan, formulate and implement and through Business Development Strategies.
- Excellent time management skills; able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Familiar with startups environment. (Strong plus).
