Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

  1. Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  2. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  4. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  5. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  6. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
  7. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  8. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  9. Developing quotes and proposals
  10. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person
  11. Creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  12. Preparing Sales report when it is needed
  13. Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.

Job Requirements

  1. Two to three years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity.
  2. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas
  3. Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre­call planning, call control, and time management.
  4. Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
  5. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  6. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  7. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  8. Excellent listening skills.
  9. Strong written communication skills.
  10. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  11. Ability to travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
  12. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  13. High level of integrity and work ethic.
  14. Experience with customer relationship management software.
