An IT startup company is looking for an Office Administrator where the following duties and responsibilities are:
- Making and answering telephone calls
- Maintaining diaries
- Arranging appointments
- Taking messages/emails
- Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint for different duties
- Prioritizing workload
- Photocopying and printing
- Sending emails to vendors and customers
