Job Description
- Receive, log, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents on site
- Ensure proper document control support is given to each department on site.
- Maintain and update the document control system and ensure all users have the correct access levels.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure proper version control.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure proper archiving procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in document control, preferably in a site-based role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree .
