Job Description
- Manage all aspects of assigned leads and projects.
- Assist clients to make property-purchasing decisions.
- Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, and business presentations.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
- Keep up to date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
- Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
- Accompany buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities.
- Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments and close for agreements
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding Real Estate Market
- Competency in MS Office and CRM
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- BS degree.
